What's the difference between Manufactured and Remanufactured ammo?
It's essentially Federal bureaucracy to further tax manufactures.
Manufactured ammo is created with factory new brass.
Remanufactured ammo is created with used brass that is cleaned, trimmed and resized back into factory specifications.
Reloads are not excised taxed but Remanufactured is. The difference is who owns the brass being loaded.
CAN MY BRASS BE RELOADED?
YES! Any hand loader will tell you how much more accuracy can be achieved over factory ammo.
Not to mention, it's typically more cost effective and reusing the brass is better for the environment.
